Bochonow is presenting the newly designed compact UV-Star² models!
The UV-Star² meets all requirements with respect to flexibility, cost-effectiveness, automated operation, and high availability, and is therefore suited for a diverse range of products and applications.
Thanks to high quality components, in-house designing and manufacturing of the UV-bulbs, we are able to offer the highest quality standards to ensure a long life, low maintenance, durability and performance.
Designed down to the last detail the UV-Star²-Serie presents itself as a real plug-and-play solution; with this high costs for installation are omitted!
The attractive machine body is made from painted sheet steel, with well thought out, intelligent design. Vacuum belt is available as an extra option.
The power-saving electronic ballast (comes as standard) with integrated system control, is a separate unit (BT150-BT500) and comes with 3 mtr connection cable and 5 mtr power connection cable!
The electronic ballast enables stepless adjustment of the UV-Power in the range of 30-100%!
The operating hours counter is standard.
The high quality conveyor belt made from a UV-stable, antistatic, black glass mesh fabric, completes the system with aspiration towards highest quality. The tape speed is stepless adjustable from 2-30 m/min. Higher speeds are optional.
The UV Belt Dryer UV-Star² transports the product to be dried automatically underneath the UV-lamp with a stepless adjustable belt speed. The added substrates (like inks, lacquer, glues or digital-inks) will be hardened by optimized UV-light.

Simple Operation
- switch UV Belt Dryer on
- adjust belt speed (step less 2-20 m/min)
- adjust UV-power (step less 30-100%)
- put material to be dried on the belt
- remove dried material at the end of the belt
NEW! With touch-screen control and 20 different memory places (programmes)!
Newly designed, all UV-Star²-models comes with touch-screen control. Most recent electronic developments enable the programming of all relevant operational parameters by means of display entry and storing in 20 different memory places (programmes).
These Programmes can be allocated to specific drying tasks (UV-ink types, ink layer thickness, substrate, etc.) and recalled at any time for pre-set jobs (Dryer on Demand).
The tape speed is stepless adjustable in m/min and the UV-Power can be programmed stepless from 30-100% by means of display entry and can be stored (if desired) in one of the 20 memory places (programmes).
All relevant messages will be displayed in plain text on the touch-screen display.
Optionally RFID-compatible!
Because of the advanced technology, the optional use of the RFID-module (see OPTIONS) is possible and creates a resource which meets all requirements of a modern and efficient industrial manufacturing!

The UV-Star² is able to handle max. hose length of 4 m with it#s own cooling fan; To do so, there is a requirement for the herewith offered hose quality regarding roughness level and UV-stability!
